Preliminary Plat of Timber Ridqe — Applicants Patrick Smith and Robert <br />Rickard <br />Staff report by Justin Burslie. Mr. Burslie informed the Council that the <br />applicants are proposing to subdivide the property located at 30827 <br />Pequot Boulevard into three residential lots and two outlots.
