MnDOT feedback on access. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Roger Varilek,to table this matter. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Patrick J. Smith on behalf of Jon Hake. <br /> Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report and highlighted the 3 parcels. <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Bill Habein,to approve the metes <br /> and bounds subdivision, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The West lot shall be joined, being 0.1 acres, with Tract B of the Kennedy <br /> subdivision. <br /> 2. The remaining Hake parcel must be described in final state before City stamps <br /> survey. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Patrick J. Smith on behalf of Dawn Kennedy. <br /> Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report and added the following: <br /> Based on the finings of fact in this report,the Staff recommends that the metes and <br /> bounds subdivision be approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The final descriptions of Tract A and Tract B shall be provided prior to filing of <br /> the subdivision. <br /> 2. An easement shall be provided to Tract A and Tract B for a consolidated <br /> driveway. <br /> 3. An access permit shall be obtained from Crow Wing County prior to filing of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> 4. The western portion of the existing driveway in Tract B that encroaches within <br /> the proposed property line setback shall be removed. <br /> 5. The shed that exists on the proposed lot line shall be removed. <br /> 6. Staff shall verify that the lot width meets the minimum width of 100 feet at the <br /> lake and building setbacks. <br /> 7. The sewage treatment system serving Tract B shall be relocated to Tract B. <br /> A motion was made by Dean Williams, seconded by Tom Adams,to approve the metes <br /> and bounds subdivision, subject to the above 7 conditions.
