The Planning Commission would like to see a map including the parcel to the north with <br /> contour lines. Lots 5, 6, 7& 8 are within 1,000 feet from Sibley Lake. A Conservation <br /> Easement was discussed. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan,to table this application. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Arvig Evergreen, LLC. <br /> Applicant requests Preliminary Plat of Evergreen Fourth Addition. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report and recommended tabling. Mr. Hallan had <br /> concerns with the road length and ability to construct roads and cul-de-sacs with the <br /> slopes. Mr. Williams had concerns with noise from Highway 371 and whether Outlot A <br /> was commonly owned. Mr. Pederson suggested a conservation design, allowing for <br /> smaller lots with more green space. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Tom Adams,to table this matter.
