� <br />� <br />� <br />City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes ._ <br />Date: <br />AGENDA ITEM #11.1 <br />REPORT TO <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />October 2, 2012 <br />Subiect: Job Evaluation Committee Recommendations <br />Report: With Jeanyne moving to the police department <br />full time in January, the Clerk's Office, combined with the <br />Planning and Zoning Office and Utility Billing department, <br />decided it would be a good time to look at re-evaluating the <br />needs of the City versus the current job positions. <br />Several meetings and discussions were held on this issue <br />with the Mayor, the Zoning Administrator, Office Manager, <br />Finance Administrator, and the Clerk. The suggestions <br />made by this group were reviewed by the Job Evaluation <br />Committee. <br />Following discussion on the proposed changes, the Job <br />Evaluation Committee made the following <br />recommendations to the Council: <br />
