Office Assistant <br />• Change title to Utility Billing Clerk <br />• Job points for the position remain at 169 <br />• 20 hours per week <br />• Cost allocation for the position will be 90% from <br />Water and Sewer Funds and 10% from the Clerk's <br />Department <br />Zoning Administrator <br />• Change title to Zoning Administrator/Administrative <br />Assistant <br />• Job points for the position will move from 260 to 243 <br />due to the change in job duties <br />• The position would be split between the Planning and <br />Zoning Department and the City Clerk's Office <br />� • Cost allocation for the position will be 75% from <br />Planning and Zoning and 25% from the Clerk's <br />Department <br />• Current employee remains at the same step of the <br />revised position with pay based upon job points <br />• The position would report to the City Clerk and no <br />longer be a department head <br />• Changes to become effective on January 1, 2013 <br />Council Action Requested: <br />1.
