Application: Final Plat of Mayo Acres <br /> Applicant: Brian Pahl <br /> Agenda Item:3(a) <br /> Background:The property in question is located in the southwestern corner of the City on the <br /> east side of 9t'Avenue SW.The property is approximately 41 acres in size and is currently zoned <br /> Forest Management(FM).The property does not contain any existing dwellings or structures. <br /> Pahl Property <br /> The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into four lots, each measuring io acres, with <br /> the remaining acre of land dedicated as right-of-way for 9`h Avenue SW. <br /> Applicable Statutes: To obtain final plat approval, an applicant must fulfill the final plat <br /> requirements contained in the Ordinance and must also meet any conditions placed by the City <br /> during the preliminary plat approval.The applicant received approval of the preliminary plat in <br /> December,subject to the following condition: <br /> i. A deed restriction shall be placed on Lot One that would limit access to the property to <br /> the southern 75 feet of the parcel. <br /> Section 11.9, Subdivision 6C outlines the procedure to follow when reviewing a final plat <br /> application and directs the Planning Commission to consider the following: <br /> 1.
