The applicant is proposing a metes and bounds subdivision to create three separate <br /> lots,two conforming lots and one access lot to be co-owned by property owners of Tract <br /> A and Tract B for ingress and egress for those lots. Each property owner proposes to own <br /> an undivided one-half interest in Tract C.
