The subject property is zoned Rural Residential. <br /> 2. Both proposed"Tract A and Tract B"meet the minimum lot width of 20o feet. <br /> g. Both of the proposed parcels meet the minimum buildable area requirements of 5 acres in <br /> the Rural Residential Zone. ' <br /> 4.
