<br /> Background Information: The applicant is requesting an amendment to
<br /> their conditional use permit approved in 2oio and 2oi4 to expand the existing
<br /> beach area and to relocate the boat ramp. Both of these items were included in
<br /> the 2oi4 approval but became void when the owner did not act upon the approval
<br /> within i2 months.
<br /> The subject property is located at 63i6 Wilderness Road and is zoned "Shoreline
<br /> Commercial" and "Open Space". The subject property is adjacent to Middle
<br /> Cullen Lake which is classified by the DNR as a "General Development" lake. The
<br /> proposed improvements will not increase the overall density of the resort.
<br /> Beach Area:
<br /> The applicant is proposing to increase the width of the existing beach, located on
<br /> the southwest side of the property, by approximately 56 feet. In 2oi4, the
<br /> applicant indicated the width of the existing beach was 10o feet.
<br /> Relocation of Boat Ramp:
<br /> The applicant is proposing to relocate the existing boat ramp to the north side of
<br /> the beach. Relocation of the ramp requires removal of aquatic vegetation which
<br /> was previously approved by the DNR. Applicant will apply to the DNR for the
