GovOffice is the City's current web <br />provider. Our design template is 10 years old and has <br />become obsolete. Our existing provider offers different <br />packages for upgrades. They are also in the process of <br />offering a new version of the software that will not require <br />retraining for those who are familiar with the software. I <br />have been informed that the new software will offer more <br />features and be much more user friendly. This upgrade will <br />be free to existing clients. <br />After reviewing the packages that GovOffice offers for a <br />personalized website, my recommendation would be the <br />package for $2,000. The attached explains what is provided <br />for the $2,000. <br />
