They are particularly supportive <br /> of business parks because a lot of their type of buildings go into them...it is good for <br /> business. <br /> We sell welding wire. Some local companies won't switch even though they would save <br /> 40%. Our box says China, others list China as one of many. It's the same specs as <br /> others. Only in Minnesota do we find small to mid-sized companies slow to support each <br /> other. <br /> Cemstone just opened another pan south of Brainerd because it is a convenient location <br /> for some of their business. <br /> Business location(industrial park)is convenient and works well,but taxes are much <br /> higher than when in garage at house. <br /> Competition in the business park is good for business and for good employees. Finding <br /> quality employees,though, is tough. <br /> Business park could use better signage on corners identifying where businesses are <br /> located. <br />
