Dwight <br /> PIN: 291070040160009 <br /> Dear Keith: <br /> I received a complaint today that there had been filling on a parcel on Coleman Drive. <br /> This is the same parcel that was in violation and ordered restored in 2001. The property <br /> �-- owner at the time was Patrick Groves. <br /> The reason for this letter is to find out if Ms. Dwight applied for and received permission <br /> to do any filling from your office. She did not apply for any permits from the City. I <br /> have enclosed two pictures that were taken last fall and two pictures that I took today. In <br /> addition to enlarging the"parking spot",they have cut down the cat tails making quite a <br /> wide path out to the lake. <br /> I have talked to many people over the last few years about this lot. Something must have <br /> made me go out and take the pictures last fall. There are no notes in the file. Please let <br /> me know if you have any information on this.
