We are notifying you <br /> that your application is complete and that we have scheduled public hearing to review the <br /> application at the next Planning Commission meeting on April 21, 2005. The meeting starts at <br /> 6:30 pm and your application is the second hearing on the agenda. <br /> For a metes and bounds subdivision, the Commission holds a hearing to review your application <br /> and then makes a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council then makes the final <br /> decision. The City Staff prepares a Staff Report each month for all of the hearings.
