COMMUNITYGROWTH <br /> I N S T I T U T E <br /> n April 6, 2005 <br /> Lori Westlund <br /> 8016 Ski Chalet Drive <br /> Breezy Point, MN 56472 <br /> RE: Application for a Conditional Use Permit <br /> City of Pequot Lakes <br /> Dear Ms. Westlund, <br /> This letter is to correct an error in the previous letter sent to inform you that the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes has received your application for a Conditional Use Permit for your property located on <br /> Government Drive. <br /> The previous letter stated in the second paragraph that for a metes and bounds subdivision, the <br /> Commission holds a hearing to review your application and then makes a recommendation to the <br /> City Council. Instead, the letter should have read conditional use permit rather than metes and <br /> bounds subdivision. <br /> I apologize for the error and any resulting confusion. In any case, your application is complete <br /> and the public hearing to review the application is schedule for the next Planning Commission <br /> meeting on April 21, 2005, as we had previously indicated. The meeting starts at 6:30 pm and <br /> your application is the second hearing on the agenda. <br /> If you would like a copy of the report for your hearing, there will be one available at City Hall <br /> for you to review one week prior to the meeting or you can read it online at <br /> www.communitygrowth.com/pequot lakes/.
