This letter is meant to <br /> outline our understanding of what agreement was mutually made between the City and <br /> yourself. Please review the information we are presenting and let us know if anything is <br /> incorrect or not consistent with your understanding. If everything meets with your <br /> approval,please sign one copy of the letter above your name and return it to us. We will <br /> keep it on file for future reference. <br /> 1. The inoperable vehicles will be removed or properly stored by June 1, 2005, at <br /> 8:00 a.m.,or sooner should the snow melt. <br /> 2. Should you decide to retain any of the vehicles, you will need to license them, <br /> insure them, and prove they are operable by driving them to City Hall. <br /> 3. All refuse and debris, including recycling, will be removed or properly stored by <br /> June 1, 2005 at 8:00 am., or sooner should the snow melt. <br /> 4. Should you decide to retain some of the articles currently stored outside, you will <br /> need to make application for a permit to construct a shed no later than June 1, <br /> 2005. <br />
