The Planning
Commission has again asked me to contact you regarding the debris along the Paul
Bunyan Trail. They realize that you did not put the refuse and debris along the Trail, but
it is on your property and therefore your responsibility. The Planning Commission is
having their regular meeting on December 16, 2004 beginning at 6:30 p.m. There are no
public hearings that night and I am inviting you to come to the meeting and discuss this
with the Commission.
I am willing to contact the DNR to obtain permission for you to travel along or on the
Trail. Please let me know what I can do to help.
Sincerely,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
CC: Sandy Peine, City Clerk
Mark E. Forsberg, Chief of Police
Planning Commission
