response from Mr. Fyle. Mr.Fyle has not responded. Staff will contact <br /> him again. (10/04) <br /> 17.John Derksen—Mr. Derksen had two inoperable vehicles parked on a City <br /> street. He reported one has been removed and the other is being repaired. <br /> (10/04) <br /> 18. Dale Kroells—Mr.Kroells Land Use Permit expired September 30, 2004 <br /> and has not requested an extension. He also has not submitted the ISTS <br /> design or the Demolition Application. He has not responded to the <br /> October 27 correspondence. (10/04) <br /> 19.Dan Gottsch—Mr. Gottsch's driveway was eroding onto Olson Road. He <br /> responded to our correspondence and agreed to remove the dirt before it <br /> froze and will install a new driveway next summer,per City specs. <br /> (11/04) <br /> 20.Joyce Denzer—Staff received a complaint regarding the exterior storage <br /> and abandoned vehicles on her property along County Road 11. Staff has <br /> contacted Ms. Denzer to store the vehicles and trailers by May 6,2005. <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance,which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 21.Curt Pestello:This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> �--' ordinance. <br /> 22.Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation.
