We are presently working with the Contractor and <br /> his supplier to finalize dates so we can provide you with a specific <br /> Contract Time Extension Change Order. We anticipate it would be <br /> an extension of a week or two. <br /> To minimize the operational impacts of this time extension, the <br /> Contractor, City, Operator, and WSN personnel have been working <br /> through options of irrigating some quantities of wastewater during <br /> the start-up/troubleshooting phase. <br /> At this time, no Council action is requested as this is merely an <br /> update on a forthcoming Change Order. <br /> Council Action Requested: No Council action requested. <br />
