City Council Minutes <br /> December 7, 2004 <br /> Page 6 <br /> -------------------------- <br /> Council Member Bolz-Andolshek questioned if other quotes were <br /> received. The Chief indicated that he received two other quotes which <br /> were both higher than the siren he was considering. <br /> Council Member Sjoblad requested that this item be on the December 14th <br /> agenda and that more information be provided to the Council including <br /> how the siren will be funded. <br /> 10. Fire Chief Report <br /> Chief Nelson presented the Fire Chief's report. He indicated that the <br /> election of Officers was held with the following results: <br /> Tom Nelson — Fire Chief <br /> Dan Loven — First Assistant Chief <br /> Dave Syzmanski — Second Assistant Chief <br /> Neil Casanova —Captain <br /> Jeremie Bridge—Captain <br /> Roger Varilek—Captian <br /> 11. WaterNVastewater Supervisor's Report <br /> Brett Twardy reviewed the WaterNVastewater report. Discussion was held <br /> regarding the lift station motor replacement. <br /> 12.1. Industrial Park Project Update <br /> Update provided by City Engineer Tim Houle. <br /> 12.2. MnDOT Highway 371 Update <br /> Tim Houle reviewed three service road alignment alternatives provided by <br /> MnDOT for the area around the Gloria Dei Church. Tim noted that MnDOT <br /> has concerns about Alternative C. No action was taken on the <br /> alternatives. It was decided that the Highway 371 committee would review <br /> this. <br /> 12.3. Marshall Street Area Storm Drainage Study <br /> This item was reviewed earlier in the agenda. <br />
