City Council Minutes <br /> December 7, 2004 <br /> Page 3 <br /> -------------------------- <br /> Robert LaRose of 30515 Pequot Boulevard informed the council of a <br /> drainage problem he has on his property. He requested help from the City. <br /> Tim Houle, City Engineer, indicated that the City Council has authorized <br /> him to complete a drainage study of the area. Tim reviewed the portion of <br /> the study that he has already completed. <br /> 6.2. City Hall Cleaning <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO CONTRACT WITH BRETT <br /> DALE FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT THE CITY HALL AT A COST OF <br /> $55.00 PER WEEK. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6.3. Road Maintenance Agreement Renewals <br /> Mike Loven presented the council with the road maintenance agreements <br /> for Loon Lake Township and the City of Jenkins. The Council requested <br /> staff to have the agreements reviewed by the City Attorney. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO HAVE MIKE LOVEN <br /> STANDARDIZE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS AND THEN TO <br /> HAVE THEM REVIEWED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 7.1. Council Schedule <br /> The Council schedule for Planning and Zoning Commission attendance <br /> was reviewed. <br /> 7.2. Rezoning of Wilderness Resort Villas <br /> The Mayor noted that Wilderness Resort Villas LLC is requesting to <br /> rezone property from Waterfront Commercial to Residential. She noted <br /> that the Planning Commission is recommending approval. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE THE ZONE <br /> CHANGE FROM WATERFRONT COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br />
