The Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br /> based on 17 findings of fact and on the stipulation that the applicant <br /> provide a security of$2,500.. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAN GRUSZKA TO MOVE AN <br /> EXISTING HOME ONTO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE <br /> FIELD OF DREAMS SUBDIVISION BASED ON THE 17 FINDINGS OF <br /> FACT PROVIDED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> AND WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATION: <br /> 1.
