Woodman Street Water Proiect <br /> Brett Twardy requested Council approval to pay increased charges from <br /> the East Woodman — South Washington Extension to It Figures. The <br /> additional cost to the City is $12,179.15 and the additional cost to Mr. <br /> Sunderland is $10,216.21. <br /> Brett requested that the deadfall be cleaned up prior to the City paying its <br /> share of the cost. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO FINALIZE THE BILL FOR <br /> THE "IT FIGURES" PROJECT AS PROPOSED BY BRETT TWARDY'S <br /> MEMO. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 7.1. Conditional Use Permit to Move a Used Home onto Property— Dan <br /> Gruszka <br /> Staff report presented by Chuck Marohn. Mr. Marohn stated that Mr. <br /> Gruszka is requesting to move a single family home on property zoned <br /> residential located in the Field of Dreams subdivision. The Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br /> based on 17 findings of fact and on the stipulation that the applicant <br /> provide a security of$2,500.. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO APPROVE A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DAN GRUSZKA TO MOVE AN <br /> EXISTING HOME ONTO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE <br /> FIELD OF DREAMS SUBDIVISION BASED ON THE 17 FINDINGS OF <br /> FACT PROVIDED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> AND WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATION: <br /> 1. PRIOR TO OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT, THE APPLICANT <br /> SHALL PROVIDE A SECURITY OF $2,500 BY CASHIERS CHECK OR <br /> CERTIFIED CHECK. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 7.2. Request to Rezone From Wooded Residential to Urban Residential by <br /> Little Pine Properties <br /> Staff report presented by Chuck Marohn.
