Plant Operator. The City shall have in its employ a <br /> Certified Operator, and said Certified Operator will have <br /> completed the necessary training as required by the Minnesota <br /> Pollution Control Agency in the operation of the Waste Water <br /> Treatment Plant and the Center Pivot Irrigation Pivot . <br /> 9. Costs .
