The caretaker is installing a split <br /> rail fence on one corner of the property. Some additional seeding must be done. <br /> Carpeting will be replaced on the North steps. <br /> 2) The Director discussed a tenant at Alpine that has several violations of lease. He <br /> continues to create problems for tenants. His drinking and smoking habits have <br /> alarmed tenants,with a grease fire having occurred and several other scares with <br /> his smoke alarm going off. A recent incident resulted in his falling down the <br /> flight of stairs at 1:00 a.m., very inebriated. The Board was in agreement that he <br /> should have his lease terminated for the safety and health of other residents. M/ <br /> Teie, S/Youngberg. M/carried. <br /> Other Business <br /> The employee health insurance has been renewed through the City. The current plan <br /> allows for the Director and caretaker(husband) to be on the family plan. This will save <br /> on the premium. The City has voted to provide $480 per person towards a health benefit. <br /> The HRA will continue to pay the health benefit for their employees in full up to $480 <br /> per employee. M/Teie, S/Youngberg. M/carried. <br /> �. The Mayor and City Council reappointed Claire Nagel to the HRA Board. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 6:20 P.M.
