RESOLUTION 04-13 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INITIATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL PARK <br /> UTILITIES EXTENSION PROJECT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Morehouse Drive from Engen Road to Derksen <br /> Road by extending street, water, sewer, and storm sewer improvements; <br /> and to extend water and sanitary sewer between lots 1 and 2, block 4, <br /> South of Engen Road to service lots 7 and 8, block 4, and to assess the <br /> benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES, MINNESOTA,that the proposed improvement be referred to <br /> Widseth, Smith,Nolting (WSN) for study and that WSN is instructed to <br /> report to the council with all convenient speed advising the council in a <br /> preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, <br /> cost effective, and feasible and as to whether it should be made as <br /> proposed in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br /> cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 1St day of June, 2004. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
