COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 7.2. Report on Library <br /> Sue Lenzen updated the Council on the progress made by the library to date. <br /> She also gave the Council some history on the creation of the library. <br /> 6.1. Final Plat of First Addition to Trailview Townhomes Carl and Colleen Smith <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE FINAL <br /> PLAT OF FIRST ADDITION TO TRAILVIEW TOWNHOMES REQUESTED BY <br /> CARL AND COLLEEN SMITH BASED ON THE FIVE FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> AND THE FOLLOWING TWO CONDITIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION: <br /> 1. THE APPLICANT SHALL INDICATE HOW THE TWO EXISTING WELLS <br /> ARE GOING TO BE USED SO THAT WE CAN FINALIZE THEIR USE OR <br /> ABANDONMENT. <br /> 2. THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE THE CITY ATTORNEY WITH A <br /> TITLE OPINION ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY INDICATING <br /> CURRENT OWNERSHIP INFORMATION CONSISTENT WITH THE <br /> OWNERSHIP INDICATED ON THE FINAL PLAT. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. Conditional Use Permit for a Business Office in the Agricultural Zone by Samuel <br /> and Joan Kantos <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE <br /> PERMIT FOR A BUSINESS OFFICE IN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONE BASED <br /> ON THE SEVEN FINDINGS OF FACT AND THE FOLLOWING THREE <br /> CONDITIONS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION: <br /> 1. THERE SHALL BE NO STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS OR <br /> TOXIC WASTES ON THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHIN THE BUILDING. <br />
