Agenda: Alpine <br /> 1. The recertifications for Alpine were completed with a monthly increase of <br /> $199. <br /> 2. Rural Development is reviewing operating budgets and year-end reports <br /> for 3/31/03. <br /> Other Business <br /> After much discussion regarding the employee health benefit,the Board agreed to <br /> table it until the April meeting. <br /> Informed the Board that an employee from Lutheran Social Service had f4llen in <br /> the parking lot and broke 2 ribs. All newssary paperwork was filled out by the <br /> Director. <br /> Discussion was held regarding the tenant in#112,P.V. I. The odor of urine is <br /> permeating the unit and into the hall. The Board felt that the family should be <br /> notified and that unless some additional safeguards are taken, the tenant will be <br /> asked to vacate.
