Minnesota Chapter 7080 is hereby adopted by reference in its entirety. <br /> 1. Field Evaluations, Design Sheets and Sketch Sheets must be fully completed, clean <br /> and legible. Crow Wing County forms must be used and are available at City Hall. <br /> 2. Local address must be included on Field Evaluation. <br /> 3. Site plans must be drawn to scale and must include the following: <br /> a. All wells, existing and proposed, within 100 feet; <br /> b. Wellhead protection areas, if applicable; <br /> c. Property, easement, and OHW as applicable on drawing; <br /> d. Contour lines showing changes in elevation and grade; <br /> e. All setbacks from system and proposed buildings; <br /> f. Soil boring logs with depth from surface, colors, and if fill is involved; <br /> g. North arrow; <br /> h. Name of owner(s) and signed by you. <br /> 4. Compliance Inspections: <br /> a. Paperwork needs to be legible and on State approved forms available at City Hall. <br /> b. Soil boring on every Certificate of Compliance. <br /> ♦ Show all colors and depths; <br /> ♦ Show depth of the system bottom; <br /> ♦ Boring log needs to show all colors and texture changes; <br /> ♦ Drawings to scale,North arrow at top or left side; <br /> ♦ No power or flite auger for soil borings <br /> ♦ Show location of boring(s). <br /> 5. Office Procedure: <br /> a. All designs must be submitted on Crow Wing County forms. <br /> b. Designs must be complete. Missing information will delay approval. <br /> c. Faxed copies may be submitted for preliminary review. Hard copies must be <br /> delivered or mailed. <br /> L. <br />
