Malecha, Council Members Johnson, Bolz- <br /> Andolshek, Sjoblad, Akerson, Pfeiffer, and Ryan <br /> Staff Present: Mark Forsberg, Chief of Police; Dawn Bittner, Zoning Administrator; <br /> Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Tim Houle, City Engineer, Tina <br /> Harrington, Water/Wastewater Operator, Mike Loven; Street <br /> Superintendent, Nancy Rudbeck, Administrative Assistant; and Tim <br /> Houle, City Engineer <br /> 1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the special meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> The Mayor requested that the Planning and Zoning items be moved to the <br /> beginning of the agenda. She also noted that when the financial consultants <br /> (agenda item 11.1) would be heard when they arrive. The February 18, 2004 <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission minutes were added to the agenda as item <br /> 5.4. <br /> THE AGENDA WAS APPROVED AS AMENDED. <br /> 5. Planning and Zoning <br /> 5.1. Planning and Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> The Planning and Zoning Administrator's report was accepted by the Council. <br /> 5.2. Tax Forfeit Property <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-004 <br /> RECLASSIFYING TAX EXEMPT PROPERTY AS NON-CONSERVATION. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br />
