It was also decided all other tenants in the building will receive <br /> a letter informing them of the Board's decision, since no other pets are currently <br /> allowed in this project. The Director has had a contractor remodel the front entrance to meet accessibility <br /> standards. No bill has been received. <br /> 2. The current insurance provider has requested the HRA consider lowering their <br /> estimated insurance value of Alpine, feeling that it is too high. The amount was <br /> lowered to $800,000. There will be a return premium to the HRA. <br /> 3. The Operating Budget for FYE 3/31/05 was reviewed. A Resolution was adopted <br /> to approve the Budget and submit to Rural Development. M/Nagel, S/Teie. <br /> M/carried. <br /> Other Business <br /> The Director requested she be allowed to attend a workshop in Mpls. on 3/10— 12, and <br /> then take four days vacation to be with her mother in Iowa. The Board concurred. <br /> A discussion of the employee health benefit was held. The Director has conducted a <br /> survey of local entities and their practices for this employee benefit. The Board will <br /> bring their suggestions to the March meeting. The City has voted to allow the HRA <br /> employees to be included in the group health plan, effective March 1,2004. <br /> The Director showed the Board some advertising the HRA has been doing,particularly in <br /> the Chambers' Guide that goes out all over Minnesota.
