February 2, 2004 <br /> Pequot Lakes City Council, <br /> It is very important that the City of Pequot Lakes sends a clear <br /> message to the Minnesota Department of Transportation that the only <br /> acceptable alternative for the improvement of Highway 371 is alone its <br /> current right of way through the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> We are parents with a child in the Pequot Lakes School as well as <br /> property and business owners in the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> Improving Highway 371 along its current right of way will make a <br /> safer road for our children, protect the environment and guarantee the <br /> continuing economic vitality of our community. <br /> Thank You, <br /> Doug d Ruth Brandanger <br /> L. <br />
