RESOLUTION 12 -04 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM <br />DECEMBER 22, 2011 — JANUARY 26, 2012 <br />3.6. ACKNOWLEDGE SUBMITTAL OF CITY'S PAY EQUITY <br />REPORT TO THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 5 -0. <br />3.2. Check Register <br />Council Members Akerson had several questions on certain items <br />pertaining to the check register. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO APPROVE THE CHECK <br />REGISTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $116,785.22. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />1.11 No one appeared for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />5.1. Restorative Justice Update — Jim Oraskovich <br />Jim Oraskovich was present to give an update on the Lakes Area <br />Restorative Justice Program. The 2011 Year -end report was distributed to <br />the Council. Mr. Oraskovich thanked the Council for the use of the office <br />space. <br />5.1A. Grant Agreement for Restorative Justice Program <br />The Clerk noted that the City is applying for a grant through the Title V <br />Juvenile Justice Program. The grant funds will be used for the Lakes Area <br />Restorative Justice Program. The City is the fiscal agent. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 12- <br />05 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />RESTORATIVE JUSTICE PROGRAM. COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />1.., 5.2. Memorandum of Understanding — School District/City <br />
