Our challenge is to make it <br /> mandatory so it can be funded,while at the same time not making all sorts of <br /> mandatory standards that tie the hands of our local schools. <br /> • Next I went to Voyagers High School north of Bemidji. I had a rousing discussion of <br /> social issues with these bright students. I had a tour of their campus which is <br /> located at the Concordia Language Village. <br /> • I went down to St. Paul on Thursday. I met with several of the people who put <br /> together last year's ATV bill. We'll <br /> also be meeting to discuss an LCMR project being proposed near the new elementary school in <br /> Breezy Point Saturday: I will spend the day taking the new education course required for the <br /> renewal of my permit to carry.
