Maintenance Supervisor's Report <br /> No report. <br /> 25. Installation of Street Signs <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 03-131 FOR <br /> THE INSTALLATION OF A YIELD SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF KRIST <br /> COURT AND NORTH BRANCH TRAIL AND THE INSTALLATION OF A STOP SIGN <br /> AT THE INTERSECTION OF KRIST COURT AND MYERS ROAD. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 26. Water/Wastewater Supervisor's Report <br /> Extension of Water and Sewer to Peauot Lakes Baptist Church <br /> The Street Superintendent indicated that the Baptist Church is requesting the City to <br /> extend utilities to its facility. Brett Twardy and the Engineer presented several options. <br /> The Council also discussed options that were not presented. It was the consensus of <br /> the Council to further research the issue and bring it back for Council discussion at the <br /> January meeting. <br /> Request to Exceed Vacation Carry Over <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AUTHORIZE BRETT TWARDY TO <br /> EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 40-HOUR CARRY OVER OF COMP AND VACATION <br /> THROUGH FEBRUARY DUE TO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 27. Yearly Payment of G.O. Bond <br /> Brett informed the Council of the $89,140.47 yearly payment of the G.O. Bond for the <br /> water treatment plant, water tower and infrastructure. <br /> 28. U.S. Filter Proposal <br /> Representatives from U.S. Filter made a presentation to the City Council regarding <br /> their proposal for the operation and maintenance of the city's water and wastewater <br /> facilities. The Council took no action but decided to review at a later date. <br /> L.. <br />
