CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> VEHICLE POLICY <br /> Adopted : <br /> A) All City vehicles and equipment shall be used for City job related purposes only <br /> unless authorized by a City Council liaison. <br /> B) All City vehicles and equipment shall remain on city property when not used for <br /> City business. <br /> C) All City vehicles must have and maintain a log sheet for miles and purpose if the <br /> City vehicle leaves the City boundaries. Log sheets will be open for inspection at <br /> any time. <br /> The Pequot Lakes Police Department would be allowed to drive police vehicles home if <br /> the residence is located within a 15-minute response time of the Pequot Lakes city limits. <br /> Police contracted areas with other cities and mutual aids are considered exempt from <br /> `-' completing log sheets. Police employees must follow A and C but are exempt from B. <br /> The Fire Department must also follow A-C but are exempt from completing log sheets <br /> for contract areas and mutual aid assists. <br /> u <br />
