The Council requested the Clerk to <br /> put the policy in final form and then resubmitted to the <br /> Council for final approval. <br /> This policy was discussed by Department Heads at a staff <br /> meeting. The issue of equipment use was unclear according <br /> to staff members. I reviewed the policy with our Attorney, <br /> and it was his opinion that it would be best if equipment <br /> was not addressed in the vehicle policy. <br /> The vehicle policy has been put in final form. Please <br /> review the policy. <br /> Council Action Requested: Council motion approving the <br /> vehicle policy. <br />
