11/28/2005 <br /> Wac and Sac Fees <br /> Water and sewer availability fees <br /> The following fees are recommended for the water and sewer system. These <br /> fees are based on a multi-year response from an independent audit which <br /> shows a severe deficiency in the water and sewer funds. Presently our funds <br /> are inadequate to provide replacement of treatment facilities in a timely <br /> manner. These increases are to help offset these deficiencies. <br /> The increases for the water and sewer hook-up fees are as follows: <br /> Water: From $500 to $4,900 <br /> Sewer: From $700 to $4,900 <br /> These rates will also be increased annually as determined by City Council. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Brett Twardy <br /> Water/wastewater Supt. <br />
