4. We have been with PSN for 5 years now. They have done some upgrading during those <br />years and everyone went smoothly. The one major upgrade is we use to have to manuaily <br />upload the file to them. Now we create a file when our utility bil/s are created and it automafica!/y <br />uploads from there. <br />5. The major reason we chose PSN when we went with credit cards is because they integrated <br />with Caselle (Civic Systems) our accountrng software. We like the option to integrate because <br />there is that much less of human error to happen. They were very reasonably priced and the <br />service has been great. We are currently using every option they have available other than the <br />check 21 feature. That rs a machrne you purchase and run your checks through it and it wiit <br />integrate that way. We are not finding the cost savings on this option because the way we are set <br />up here. We have a Motor Vehicle Department in our City HaH and so with them here we still <br />have to go to the bank every day. lf it wasn't for that we would probably use that option too. <br />Citv of Maple Lake: <br />First of all I would highly recommend PSN. We had Rev-trak first and PSN is much more user <br />friendly. That said, to answer your questions; <br />1. We process everything from Utility payments to dog /icenses through PSN. We have two <br />accounts, one for just tltility payments, and the other for a!l non-utility payments. P5N allows for <br />Debit/Credit card and e-check online payments which can be one time or recurrrng (weekly, <br />biweekly, monthty or annuallyJ, as weN as the ability to take payments in our office over the <br />phone or in person by logging into our account with PSN. <br />2. Our customers are very satisfied. It is easy for them to set up and use, as well as make any <br />changes to their information. <br />3. Customer service is exceHent. They are quick to call you back if they are unable to take your cali <br />immediately. <br />4. The implementation process was very smooth. We had to change our account numbers by <br />adding some zeros at the end, which didn't affect the customers, otherwise it was very smoath. <br />5. We have been with PSN since February of 2011. <br />6. Our software system is Caselle Clarity now, but at the time we switched to PSN, we had <br />eanyon. eoth programs automaticaNy download payments to yoursystem each evening, saving <br />you time and frustration. PSN's website is easy to navigate. You can verify payments, setup <br />recurring payments, run reports, plus they have markPting information available for you to use <br />to introduce and encourage customers to pay online. Our NSF checks are basically nanexistent <br />now. We get maybe 5 a year. We are very satisfied with PSN. I would not recommend Rev-trak <br />as it is very difficult to merge into your daily receipting. We had a lot of trouble with our bank <br />reconciliation process with Rev-trak as weN. <br />
