Malecha, Council Members Bolz-Andolshek, <br /> Nagel, Pfeiffer, and Ryan <br /> Members Absent: Council Members Greer and Sjoblad <br /> Staff Present: Sandra Peine, City Clerk; Tim Houle and Mike Rude, City <br /> Engineers <br /> Also Present: Tim Bray— Project Engineer, Gary Dirlam, Traffic Engineer; <br /> Mark Jurchen, Highway 371 Committee Representative; <br /> Duane Blanck, County Engineer <br /> 1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to <br /> order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following issues were discussed: <br /> County Engineer <br /> The County Engineer noted his concerns regarding the City notifying the <br /> County of any issues on County roads that would require County funding. <br /> He noted his concern with County Road 112 and County Road 11 <br /> intersection after the project and suggested that this intersection be <br /> coordinated with the project. <br /> Langenbaugh Property <br /> MnDOT indicated that they did not yet have a solution for this property, but <br /> would continue to work toward a viable solution. <br /> East Woodman <br /> MnDOT indicated that they would not allow a right-out at East Woodman. <br /> West Woodman <br /> MnDOT indicated that they would allow a right-in at West Woodman, but <br /> would dead-end the existing frontage road.
