Be sure to review the <br /> data on the attached sheets to make certain everything was entered correctly. I have analyzed <br /> the data and It does not pass the statistical test. In your case, the data is next reviewed under <br /> the altemative test because you have no classes with a salary range. The data does not pass <br /> the alternative test either because there are inequities for female positions. The following are <br /> the inequities that need to be corrected; <br /> • The hourly wage for the female class of office assistant w/149 pts. must be at least equal <br /> to 75% of the hourly wage for the male class of maintenance worker with 173 pts. <br /> • The hourly wage for the female class of wtr/wstwtr operator w/171 pts, must be at least <br /> equal to 90% of the hourly wage for the male class of maintenance worker w/173pts. <br /> • The hourly wage for the female class of deputy city clerk w/238 points must be at least <br /> equal to the hourly wage for the male class of maintenance worker w/173 points. <br /> • The hourly wage for the female class of city clerWtreasurer w/379 pts. must be at least <br /> equal to 94%of the hourly wage for the male class of utilities superintendent wt 338 pts. <br /> Years of service were considered and accounted for in calculating the inequities. <br /> If you have any questions, please give me a call. <br />
