July 5, 2005 * * * DRAFT* * * Page 6 of 7 <br /> Pequot Lakes <br /> Government Drive Proposal <br /> Construction Phase <br /> Provide for construction staking, on-site observation, and construction <br /> contract administration. <br /> This is based on a -week long construction schedule. <br /> This schedule can be impacted by contactor's means and methods, by <br /> weather, and by other factors beyond our control. $xxxx <br /> Total Construction Phase: Estimated $xxxx <br /> In order to proceed with this project, we are proposing the following schedule: <br /> Survey, storm drainage preliminary design, feasibility report, preliminary <br /> assessment notices and hearing, and soil borings, to occur during the <br /> summer/fall of 2005. <br /> Final design will occur during the fall/winter of 2005. <br /> Land acquisition would occur during the winter of 2005-2006. <br /> Bidding would occur during the spring of 2006. <br /> Construction would be held off until after Labor Day of 2006 with restoration work <br /> to possibly occur in 2007. <br /> If special assessments were used, we would anticipate the final notices and <br /> hearing would occur towards the end of 2006. <br /> If you are in agreement with our proposed scope of services, please sign below and return one <br /> copy of this letter to us as our authorization to proceed.
