THE CITY WILL REQUIRE A TEMPORARY STORM WATER <br /> EASEMENT UNTIL GOVERNMENT DRIVE IS IMPROVED. <br /> 4. THE LEGAL WORDING FOR THE ABOVE STIPULATIONS WILL <br /> BE COMPLETED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY WITHIN THE 30- <br /> DAY DUE DILIGENCE PERIOD. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-1. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER OPPOSED. <br /> Council Member Greer indicated that he voted against the motion because <br /> he did not feel the parcel of land should be included in the sale. <br /> 2. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO <br /> ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> �.
