COUNCIL MEMBER <br />AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION G/��EZIED 5-0. <br />6.2B. Preliminarv Plat of Timber Ridqe — Applicants �at�'��� Smith and Robert <br />Rickard <br />Staff report by Justin Burslie. Mr. Burst'ce informed the Cor��tcil that the <br />applicants are proposing to subdivid� the property located a� �-0827 <br />Pequot Boulevard into three residentiat �ots anc� �wo outlots.
