Rezoninq Request from Shoreline Commercial to Shoreline Residential — <br />Applicants — Patrick Smith and Robert Rickard � <br />Staff report by Justin Burslie. Justin explained that the applicants are <br />proposing to rezone property Iocated at 30827 Pequot Boulevard from <br />Shoreline Commercial to Shoreline Residential. He noted that the property <br />is approximately 4.27 acres in size. He stated that the Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing and received no public comment on the <br />
