No license under this Ordinance shall be issued to an applicant that is a partnership if such <br /> applicant has any general partner or managing partner in violation of, or who is non-qualifying under <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> Subd. 4. A person seeking licensing under this Ordinance shall submit an application together with <br /> the appropriate application fee as set by the municipality. An application shall be provided to all <br /> applicants who shall be required to provide all information requested therein as fully, completely, and <br /> accurately as possible. All applications for license under this Ordinance shall be signed and sworn to. <br /> If the applicant is of natural person it shall be signed and sworn by such person. If the applicant is a <br /> corporation, by an officer thereof, if that of a partnership, by one of the general partners; if that of an <br /> unincorporated association, by the manager or managing officer thereof. <br /> Page 3 <br />
