Any sale of alcoholic beverages in or from any place licensed under this Article <br /> by any clerk,barkeeper or other employee in such place shall be deemed the act of the <br /> employer as well as that of the person actually making the sale. Such employer shall be <br /> liable to all the penalties provided by this ordinance for such sale equally with the person <br /> actually making the sale. <br /> Section 14. Types generally. <br /> (a) With respect to intoxicating liquor, there shall be six types of licenses: on sale, on <br /> sale club, on sale wine, Sunday on sale,temporary on sale, and off sale. On sale licenses <br /> shall permit the licensee to sell intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption on the <br /> licensed premises only. Except as provided herein, off sale licenses shall permit the <br /> licensee to sell intoxicating liquor at retail in original packages for consumption off the <br /> licensed premises only. The number of on sale intoxicating liquor licenses shall be <br /> limited to four(4) <br /> Tke <br /> 455. <br /> Milo, <br /> (h ,') Temporary on sale licenses may be issued to existing license holders, clubs, <br /> charitable organizations, and other nonprofit organizations (in existence for three(3) <br /> years or more)permitting such entities to sell int*ieatin g IN=beveragel on sale. <br /> Such license shall be issued for a limited length of time, not to exceed twee-(3) <br /> days, and such license shall state on its face the specific dates on which it is valid. The <br /> license application shall be accompanied by insurance if insurance is required under the <br /> provisions of Minnesota Statutes Ch. 340A. The fee for such license shall be $100. <br /> (e Before any temporary license is approved, the licensee shall make application, <br /> accompanied by the appropriate fee and including a diagram of the proposed area, the <br /> times and dates of the event,provision for insurance, and description of fencing and <br /> security measures. This application will be made to the City Clerk. <br /> (d b No alcoholic beverage license of any type shall be granted to any elective, <br /> executive or administrative officer of the city,nor to any employee of the city, nor shall <br /> Page 7 <br /> Liquor Ordinance# <br />
