Summer Help for Street Department COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO HIRE RAYMOND WOLKENHAUER AS PART TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER FROM MAY 1, 2005 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2005 AT $9.25 PER HOUR. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 9.3. Road Review COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL FOR A ROAD REVIEW ON MAY 7, 2005, 8:00 A.M. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 9.4. Tractor Mower Purchase Mike requested to begin looking for a tractor mower to purchase to mow ditches. Council Member Greer suggested checking with Breezy Point to see if they would be interested in letting us use their machine. 10. Fire Chief's Report Report received by Council. 11.5. Consider Realtor Contract The City Clerk indicated that the contract with Edina Realty for the sale of the old city hall expires on April 8. She indicated that she contacted Edina Realty, GMAC Positive Realty and Close Converse regarding proposals. The Clerk indicated that she received a proposal from Close Converse and that Sheila Holley from Edina Realty was present to speak to the Council regarding the issue. Sheila Holley thanked the Council for the contract last year and requested to continue working with the City on the sale of the city hall. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO SIGN A NEW CONTRACT WITH EDINA REALTY FOR ONE YEAR FOR THE SALE OF THE OLD CITY HALL. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 11.
