Council Member Ryan questioned the type of amenities the resort would provide. It was indicated that the resort would provide bait, gas, food, new cabins and other amenities usually provided by resorts. Mayor Malecha called for the vote. Consider Planning and Zoning Applicants COUNCIL MEMBER GREER MOVED TO APPOINT ROGER VARILEK TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR A THREE YEAR TERM FROM 3/12/05 TO 3/12/08. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 5.5. State Building Code COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL FOR MAY 17, 2005 AT 6:00 P.M.TO DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE ADOPTION OF THE STATE BUILDING CODE.
