Throughout the year we will report to the City Council and the Planning Commission on our <br /> progress on these items. At the end of 2005, or more often if requested, we will be prepared to a <br /> complete review of what has been accomplished. Although the first year of implementation is <br /> going to be the most aggressive, we feel by focusing our efforts we will be in a good position to <br /> accomplish the great majority of these items by year's end. We welcome any input that the City <br /> Council may have on our approach. <br /> L <br />
