The caller will <br /> always speak with a trained, master's-level clinician <br /> • Available — EAP is available for all City of Pequot <br /> Lakes Employees who are eligible for Healthpartners <br /> insurance and their household members. <br /> TYPES OF EAP SERVICES <br /> Standard (telephonic/web) - $900 per year <br /> • Confidential support for emotional, family, personal, <br /> work, or risk-related issues. Phones are staffed by <br /> Masters-prepared, licensed counselors. Telephone <br /> sessions are unlimited, meaning an individual can call <br /> as many times as they need to until their issue is <br /> resolved. Phone line staff will provide assistance in <br /> locating face-to-face service providers in the <br /> community from behavioral health providers to legal <br /> and financial advisors, or other community resources <br /> `• such as United Way. <br />
