MINUTES <br /> PEQUOT LAKES PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 19,2006 <br /> PRESENT: Bill Habein, Tom Adams, Mark Hallan, Roger Varilek, and Scott Pederson. <br /> ABSENT: Tom Woog, John Derksen and Dean Williams. <br /> CITY PLANNER: Lisa Barajas. <br /> ZONING ADMINISTRATOR: Dawn Bittner. <br /> CITY COUNCIL LIAISON: Jim Oraskovich. <br /> The meeting was called to order by Vice-Ch Ad at 6:33 p.m. <br /> Applicant: Housing and Redevelo ent Authority <br /> Applicant requests Final Plat of Bu nn Addition. <br /> Ms. Barajas explained the Staff Report. aro w,Dir for of the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority was in attendan , a to add to the Staff Report. <br /> Staff advised that the P recomme d waivin a Park Dedication Fee because <br /> the HRA was not cr ng an lots,was on-profit entity and had enhanced that <br /> neighborhood wi oval the old stru <br /> A motion w by Bi em, p y Roger Varilek,to recommend the City <br /> Council ove 1 PI uschmann Addition,based on the following Findings <br /> of Fa <br /> 1. licant has plie with the two conditions placed on the preliminary plat <br /> appr both s I tures have been removed. <br /> 2. The ap t has bmitted Title Insurance showing conformance with those <br /> parties on <br /> 3. The Final PI grees with the Preliminary Plat. The design has not changed since <br /> preliminary at approval. <br /> 4. The City Attorney has reviewed the plat and agrees that all parties with an interest <br /> in the property are shown as signers of the document. <br /> 5. The proposed plat does not include any new improvements as this is a re-platting <br /> of lots within an existing subdivision. All roads and other improvements are <br /> already in place. <br /> 6.
